Phosphor Bronze Product Specifications

Phosphor bronze is uniquely suited for a wide range of uses, including springs, switch parts, fuse clips, electrical connectors, and welding rods. Phosphor bronze has outstanding resistance to corrosion and fatigue, and exhibits excellent electrical conductivity. It is ideally suited for use within marine environments.

Commonly Stocked Phosphor Bronze

Our primary phosphor bronze offering is alloy 510, ASTM B103 in half-hard, full-hard, and spring tempers. Each temper is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.004 to 0.125. We have other phosphor bronze alloys and tempers available, as well.

Our alloy 510 phosphor bronze and other phosphor bronze varieties are available in sheet and in coil. All phosphor bronze can be ordered in high-volume and low-volume quantities.

Minimum Order Quantity Policy

Our Minimum Order Quantity policy enables us to suit metal product orders of all sizes. Every metal product we provide has its own MOQ, and for phosphor bronze, our MOQ is 5-7#. While we can and will support orders for quantities smaller than this, the minimum lot charge will remain the same for any quantities ordered at or below a metal’s MOQ. Additional variables apply depending on material thickness, width, and additional processing.
